Return Policy

At zaluv we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If you are not 100 % satisfied with your product, we will be happy to exchange it for something else within 100 days of purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we'll do our utmost to recreate it to your full satisfaction.

Return Policy

New, unworn items can be returned to zaluv within 100 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to customer service.

 

Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

 

Exchanges: You must return your original item before we are able to send your new item to production.

 

Refunds: Refund of personalized items are eligible for a partial refund and are subject to 30% Restocking Fee. Refund can only be processed within 30 days of delivery.

 

Damaged Item: If you think that the item you received is damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately.

 

  • Visit our “contact”page, select ‘Inquire about received order’ and proceed the relevant category from the dropdown menu (My item is damaged/There is a mistake in my order/Something is missing, etc.).
  • Attach a clear image of the damaged item and describe the matter.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items.
  • Since each item is uniquely made for our customers and we start production straight away, please let us know up to 2 hours after placing your order if you want to cancel it. Please be advised that after 2 hours, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for personalized items. To cancel your order, please contact our, email [email protected]
  • Cancellation is only possible before the item has shipped.
  • Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request.
  • Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.

 

zaluv reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time. Notification of any changes will be published on this page.
